VIP COACHING EXPIRATION: If you purchase a plan with live coaching, your coaching time expires 1 year from the date of your purchase. There are no refunds for unused lesson time.

TEACHER FEEDBACK/HW/ESSAY GRADING EXPIRATION: If you purchase a plan that includes teacher feedback on exercises or feedback/grading on your final exam or any essays/other assignments, you have 1 year to complete these exercises. After 1 year, your feedback will expire. There are no refunds for unused live lessons/homework exercises/essay feedback if you don’t complete within the 1 year time period.

24-HOUR MONEY BACK GUARANTEE (3 KEYS IELTS ONLY): Our 3 Keys IELTS course has a 24-hour refund policy. Just email support within 24 hours of your purchase and we’ll refund your money. 

SCORE-INCREASE GUARANTEE (3 KEYS IELTS ONLY): We guarantee that you will see a score increase on at least one test section (Listening or Reading or Writing or Speaking) compared to your scores before you took 3 Keys IELTS if you do 100% of the assignments in the course. If you do not see a score increase on at least one test section we will refund your course fee and we will pay for the cost of your exam. Please note, we do not guarantee any specific band score. SCHEDULING OF LIVE GROUP PRACTICE: As a bonus in some of our courses we offer Fluency Parties, Open Conversation Clubs, and Weekly Q+A Office Hours as bonuses. These are scheduled at times that we choose. While we try to accommodate multiple time zones, we cannot guarantee that these events will always be scheduled at a time that you are able to attend.

ATTENDANCE LIMIT FOR LIVE GROUP PRACTICE: If you are invited to a bonus event like Fluency Parties or Open Conversation Club, please arrive on time as the room is limited to 100 participants.

If your course includes access to an exclusive group, you will be emailed a link when you buy your course. You need to create a special username and password for the community. You can ask questions in this group. We respond to questions within 24-48 hours Monday through Friday, 9 am-5 pm Pacific Time. We do not respond to questions during the weekend.

If you are a current or past student and you refer a friend to any All Ears English course, and they purchase the course, you will get a 25% off your own purchase. The refund to your account will be made 24 hours after your friend makes their purchase.

RECURRING SUBSCRIPTIONS: All courses are a one-time payment unless they are a subscription or a payment plan. If you sign up for a recurring subscription, your card will be billed every month or every week unless you cancel (the plan will be specified when you purchase)

HOW TO CANCEL: You must contact support@allearsenglish.com to cancel your payments and if you do not email us your billing will continue even if you unsubscribe from the emails

There are two ways to subscribe to the transcripts. You can subscribe to them on the iOS or Android app OR you can subscribe to them by email. Signing up for one of these does not mean that you have access to the other. If you sign up for transcripts to be delivered by email, you will receive an email every week with transcripts for that current week. You will also get access to our course platform where you can download the current week only. When you subscribe to transcripts on the app, you do not get access to the course platform.
