Terms and Conditions
LIFETIME ACCESS: Unless otherwise specified, you have lifetime access to all downloadable lessons and materials. “Lifetime access” means that you will have access for the lifetime of the course. If/when we close the course, you will be able to download materials.

Exceptions:
  • Lifetime access does not apply to live speaking opportunities like Weekly Live Q+A, Open Conversation Club, and Fluency Party as well as our exclusive course community membership.
  • ​Lifetime access does not apply to any AI exercises that are embedded within the course. The AI is offered on an experimental basis and is not guaranteed to remain in the course forever
  • ​We reserve the right to change activities in the course at any time
VIP COACHING EXPIRATION: If you purchase a plan with live coaching, your coaching time expires 1 year from the date of your purchase. There are no refunds for unused lesson time.
TEACHER FEEDBACK/HW/ESSAY GRADING EXPIRATION: If you purchase a plan that includes teacher feedback on exercises or feedback/grading on your final exam or any essays/other assignments, you have 1 year to complete these exercises. After 1 year, your feedback will expire. There are no refunds for unused live lessons/homework exercises/essay feedback if you don’t complete within the 1 year time period.
REFUNDS/GUARANTEE:

30-DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE: Most of our courses have a 30-day refund policy. Just email support within 30 days of your purchase and we’ll be happy to refund your money. 

24-HOUR MONEY BACK GUARANTEE (3 KEYS IELTS ONLY): Our 3 Keys IELTS course has a 24-hour refund policy. Just email support within 24 hours of your purchase and we’ll refund your money. 

SCORE-INCREASE GUARANTEE (3 KEYS IELTS ONLY): We guarantee that you will see a score increase on at least one test section (Listening or Reading or Writing or Speaking) compared to your scores before you took 3 Keys IELTS if you do 100% of the assignments in the course. If you do not see a score increase on at least one test section we will refund your course fee and we will pay for the cost of your exam. Please note, we do not guarantee any specific band score. This is a score increase guarantee and the guarantee is based on your improvement. Also, the guarantee is only valid when you are comparing Academic to Academic exams or General to General exams. If you are on a payment plan, the guarantee does not apply unless/until you have completed all payments.

To claim the score increase guarantee you must:
  • Complete all exercises and lessons in the course including the practice tests
  • ​Not study strategies from any other course or system
  • ​Email us your official score reports before and after you took 3 Keys IELTS within 30 days of receiving your scores. This means to have taken the exam before.
  • ​Email us your official receipt of payment for IELTS exam fee
SCHEDULING OF LIVE GROUP PRACTICE: As a bonus in some of our courses we offer Fluency Parties, Open Conversation Clubs, and Weekly Q+A Office Hours as bonuses. These are scheduled at times that we choose. While we try to accommodate multiple time zones, we cannot guarantee that these events will always be scheduled at a time that you are able to attend. 

ATTENDANCE LIMIT FOR LIVE GROUP PRACTICE: If you are invited to a bonus event like Fluency Parties or Open Conversation Club, please arrive on time as the room is limited to 100 participants.

COACHING POLICIES:
  • VIP Coaching lessons are 30 minutes
  • ​The teacher will end the lesson on time, even if you arrive late
  • ​There are no refunds for unused lessons
  • ​Lesson expire 1 year after purchase
  • ​You must reschedule your lesson 24 hours before, otherwise it will be considered a “no-show” 
  • ​If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, that is considered a “no-show”
  • ​We strongly recommend that you reserve your lesson time with your coach at least 2 weeks in advance. Our coaches are busy and their schedule gets booked quickly. If you do not allow this amount of time, we cannot guarantee that you will be able to schedule the lesson at the time you desire.
COURSE COMMUNITY GROUPS:
If your course includes access to an exclusive group, you will be emailed a link when you buy your course. You need to create a special username and password for the community. You can ask questions in this group. We respond to questions within 24-48 hours Monday through Friday, 9 am-5 pm Pacific Time. We do not respond to questions during the weekend.

REFER A FRIEND:
If you are a current or past student and you refer a friend to any All Ears English course, and they purchase the course, you will get a 25% off your own purchase. The refund to your account will be made 24 hours after your friend makes their purchase.

RECURRING SUBSCRIPTIONS: All courses are a one-time payment unless they are a subscription or a payment plan. If you sign up for a recurring subscription, your card will be billed every month or every week unless you cancel (the plan will be specified when you purchase)
  • HOW TO CANCEL: You must contact support@allearsenglish.com to cancel your payments and if you do not email us your billing will continue even if you unsubscribe from the emails
  • ​We are not responsible for double charges that occur if you type in your email incorrectly on the order form
SPECIAL NOTES ON AEE TRANSCRIPT SUBSCRIPTIONS:
There are two ways to subscribe to the transcripts. You can subscribe to them on the iOS or Android app OR you can subscribe to them by email. Signing up for one of these does not mean that you have access to the other. If you sign up for transcripts to be delivered by email, you will receive an email every week with transcripts for that current week. You will also get access to our course platform where you can download the current week only. When you subscribe to transcripts on the app, you do not get access to the course platform.

If you purchase a plan that includes homework corrections or scoring or any kind of feedback from a teacher, you can expect to receive your feedback within 5 business days.
